These EEA Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) govern international transfers of personal data between the Data Controller identified in the Data Processing Agreement (the data exporter) and Mama Aid Ltd, which is based in the United Kingdom (the data importer), each a “party”; together, the “parties”.
The parties have agreed on the following Contractual Clauses (the “Clauses”) to provide adequate safeguards for the protection of privacy and fundamental rights and freedoms of individuals for the transfer by the data exporter to the data importer of the personal data described in Appendix 1.
